Project Ready

Project Ready is a U.S, Department of Justice Second Chance Act Grant Program created to provide re-entry services to ex-offenders returning to their community. We have numerous community partners willing and ready to help make your re-entry to Muskingum County a success.

Our goal is to help you achieve a successful re-entry to the Muskingum County community, establish and maintain recovery with a focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment, and improve your life situation. Case management services are provided as a primary means of support. We will also help you navigate the many resources available to you in the local community.

Think Commitment

Embracing personal responsibility is necessary to become productive members of your community.

Think Change

Change is possible, but you don’t have to do it alone. Project Ready and our community partners offer mentoring, counseling, and guidance along with other local resources to help you reach your goals and overcome barriers to your success.

Think Success

Your success is important to you and to us. Every success only makes our community stronger, safer, and more productive for all of us. You deserve that. Our families deserve that.
